Order from Aura's Amazon CA shop
Since we want our customers to receive their products as soon as possible, it is only possible to make some changes to the order within the first few minutes.
Note: Since some orders are shipped by Amazon directly while others come from our own Aura warehouse, the exact options that you are offered in your Amazon account will vary. |
If you want to make some changes, please go to the Amazon "Your Account" section and select "Your Orders". You will then find a variety of options, depending on who is shipping your order:
Once the time period has expired, these options will disappear (since the order has now been processed) and you will have the following options:
- Order has not been prepared for shipment yet: Use the "cancel items" option to cancel your order and order again.
- Order has already been prepared for shipment: wait until the product has arrived and then request a product return via the "Your Orders" section to return the product for a refund.
