As part of ongoing improvements, Aura's own services, or third-party services that we use, may undergo planned maintenance work. Such maintenance work is often a live-update to minimise customer impact but on rare occasions a scheduled maintenance event may be necessary.
While we or our partner(s) carry out such maintenance events, frame or app access and usability may be temporarily limited but:
- Maintenance events are usually extremely brief (< 1 hour).
- Customer files and data remain secure and protected by our strict security protocols and high-level data protection.
- There is no risk of photo or video loss.
We ask our customers to simply wait until the brief maintenance work has been completed, at which point their frame(s) and app(s) will automatically resume their normal functionality.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE EVENTS
14th March, 2023: COMPLETED
We performed routine server maintenance on 14th March, 2023, between 10 and 11am ET. This was necessary for ongoing server performance.
During the maintenance, the following systems/functions were unavailable for a few minutes:
The maintenance work was completed successfully and all customers should now be able to access their app again.
