If you order an Aura frame from our own auraframes.co.uk web store or via our Amazon shop it will be possible to make some changes within the first minutes after the order was placed.
|Since we want to ensure that our customers receive their products as soon as possible, we only have a small time window before the order is processed and can no longer be edited.|
Ordered from auraframes.co.uk
Once you have submitted your auraframes.com order, we are unfortunately unable to:
- change the color, model or quantity of the product(s) that you ordered
- make changes to the billing or shipping address (this is for security reasons)
However, within the first 15-30 minutes after the order was placed Aura may be able to cancel your order so you can submit a new order with the correct information.
If you can't reach us - or if we are no longer able to cancel your order - you can return your product for a full refund and reorder it again, using the correct information. Please read this FAQ for more information about our Returns process.
Ordered from Aura's Amazon shop
Since we want our customers to receive their products as soon as possible, it is only possible to make some changes to the order within the first few minutes.
|Note: Since some orders are shipped by Amazon directly while others come from our own Aura warehouse, the exact options that you are offered in your Amazon account will vary.|
If you want to make some changes, please go to the Amazon "Your Account" section and select "Your Orders". You will then find a variety of options, depending on who is shipping your order:
Once the time period has expired, these options will disappear (since the order has now been processed) and you will have the following options:
- Order has not been prepared for shipment yet: Use the "cancel items" option to cancel your order and order again.
- Order has already been prepared for shipment: wait until the product has arrived and then request a product return via the "Your Orders" section to return the product for a refund.
