Auraframes.co.uk uses Amazon Fulfilment to offer FREE standard shipping within the United Kingdom, based on Aura's discretion.
Auraframes.co.uk does not currently support shipments to hotels/temporary housing or P.O. Boxes. Products sold on our UK website are not available for international delivery and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.
ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT
In-stock products usually ship the same day (Mon - Fri) and you will receive a shipping confirmation from Amazon Fulfilment once your Aura frame is on the way to your address.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay.
If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the subtotal of your order.
Shipping methods, times and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.
Shipping methods and their accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
To ensure your order was successfully place, please check your email account for the order confirmation from Aura. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Once your order ships from the Amazon warehouse, you will receive another email with a link to your tracking number. The tracking number may not be traceable until after midnight of the day it was shipped.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
For our customers' security, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. However, you can contact us directly within 30 minutes and we will cancel your order. You can then submit a new order with the updated details.
