My frame appears to have switched off. What should I do?

It sounds like the frame temporarily lost power or WiFi connection. Please try unplugging and replugging your frame which will help the frame reboot and function correctly. If this doesn’t work, or you feel that there is another issue, please contact customer support at help@auraframes.com.
