You can easily change the WiFi network for your Aura Frame using the Aura App.
To connect the frame to a new WiFi network, open the Aura App, tap on the Settings icon on the top left and select your frame. Scroll down to where you see "WiFi Network" and tap to update. Next, you'll be required to enter your network name and password. Once this has been successfully changed the frame will continue to display your photos.
If you aren't able to change the WiFi network using the change WiFi feature in the app there is a work around that we recommend trying before contacting our Customer Support Team.
Please try re-adding the frame in the Aura App (don't worry this won't actually add a new frame) by tapping into the "Frames" section in the app (this is also where you'd usually view all of your selected photos). Here, you'll see a blank box that feature a "+" symbol and says "Add New Frame." Tap the "+" and follow the steps to "Set Up A New Frame." Once your frame is re-connected to WiFi your photos will start to display.
