I haven't seen any new photos on the frame. What should I do?

In order for your frame to update with the most recent photos, the Aura App needs to constantly sync with your photo library. To make sure it is updating, leave the app running in the background. To preserve battery and cellular data, the app will only sync when it is connected to wifi, plugged in (or above 80% battery), and the app is open or running in the background of your phone.

Please also ensure the Smart Select toggle has been switched on in the Albums or Collections section of the Aura App to ensure new photos will automatically sync to the frame.
