Aura is protected by a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturing or hardware defects.
This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you encounter any issues with the hardware that are not resolved through troubleshooting or resources available at our Help Center, please contact us so we can help.
If we can't resolve the issue, we'll ship you a new frame right away at no expense to you. We will also provide a pre-paid return label so you can return your faulty unit.
Please note that by requesting and receiving a replacement, you agree to return the defective unit to Aura Frames within 90 days using the provided prepaid shipping label or be charged the cost of the replacement frame.
