What is your return policy?

We currently honor a 45 Day Money Back Guarantee and a One Year Manufacturing Warranty for all Aura frames.

We handle each request regarding your Aura frame on a case-by-case basis. To help guide the process and make sure you get the help you need, we've outlined a few standard return and refund policies, which you can view in detail here.

To request a refund or exchange, please visit our Returns Center*. Simply enter your email address to view your order history and select an item for return. If your request is approved you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your frame.

In the event that you receive a damaged frame or an incorrect product, we will happily replace it with a new one. Please contact us at help@auraframes.com with any questions.
