To accept an invite and join a frame, first your family member or friend will need to invite you to join their frame through the Aura App as explained in this FAQ.
You should then receive an email from them with a link to accept the invitation so you can join the frame and start sharing photos.
| Before you click the link in the email, you must create an account and log into the Aura App. Once you've created an Aura account, you can go back to the invite email you received and click on the button in the email. This will redirect you to the Aura App where you can add photos to the frame you were invited to join! |
The invite link is not working?
If you created an account, clicked on the invite and you were not being directed to that person's frame (or to an empty page), please open and log into our web portal instead (https://app.auraframes.com/login) to find the invite in there.
