I am having trouble connecting Aura to my Enterprise network. Can you help me?

Follow the below steps to connect your Aura frame to an Enterprise network. 

Please note: You will need to use an iOS device during the initial set up to connect the frame to an Enterprise network however once the frame is connected you can use an android device to add photos to the frame.

1.Turn your Aura frame on.

Plug the power cord into the back of your frame so it powers on and displays a 4 digit number.

2. Download the Aura app on your device.

Download the Aura frames app from the Apple App Store (iOS).

3. Create an account in the Aura app.

If you don't already have an Aura Account, open the app and tap "Sign Up." Enter your first name, email address, and password.

4. Pair and connect your frame to the Enterprise network.

Make sure your device is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and your bluetooth is turned on.

Once you have created your account, the app will ask you what you would like to do. Tap "Set Up New Frame," and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to match the four digits displayed on the frames display with the app. If they don’t appear automatically enter the numbers yourself. When they match tap 'Next' and choose the option to ‘Connect Now’.

You’ll then be redirected to the Airport Setup screen where the app will try and locate the Enterprise Network. Unfortunately, the app isn’t able to connect on the first attempt. Please click ‘Cancel’.

The app will then redirect you back to the numbers screen, again click ‘Next’ and choose the option to ‘Connect Now’.

Next, the WiFi Settings screen will appear where you will see all of the networks available to you. Select the Enterprise network and enter the network name and password. If you don’t see your network click the option at the bottom that says ‘Don’t see your network?’ Here you’ll be able to enter the network name and password.

Once you have entered the network credentials click ‘Join’.

5. Complete the set up.
