If you have the Aura app installed, most of the photos on your frame may already be on your phone or computer, since they were uploaded from personal devices. For photos added by other contributors, the Aura app allows you to download or share individual photos directly to your device.
At this time, photos can be downloaded or shared one at a time. There is currently no option to download or back up all photos from a frame at once.

How to download or share an individual photo
Follow the steps below to save or share a photo from your frame.
1. Open the Aura app and tap the name of your frame.
2. From the Activity or Photos tab, locate the photo you want to download or share
3. Tap the photo to open the detail view.
4. Select Share in the bottom left corner on iOS, or tap the three dots in the top right corner on Android.
5. Choose to download the photo to your device or share it using email, text message, or another supported app.
Once downloaded, the photo will be saved to your device and can be printed or stored like any other image file.
