Using Aura frames abroad

Aura Frames are currently available in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and we offer domestic shipment in those countries either via our local Aura Frames websites or our Amazon Aura Stores.

Aura Frames are also available in Switzerland through select retail partners. If you purchase a frame from a retail partner, any warranty claims, returns, or refunds are handled by that retailer under our Aura Terms of Sale, rather than directly by Aura.

Although the frames aren't explicitly certified for the use outside of the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK and the European Union, they should work in most other countries too, as:

• The Aura Frames app is available globally (Google Play / Apple Store) 
• The frames' power adapters operate on a 100–240 V electrical supply 
   

However, please ensure the respective country does not block certain internet services or app stores since this is beyond our control. 

If you purchase an Aura Frame to send to a different country, please ensure that:  

• You have checked potential customs requirements 
• The country's electrical supply operates in the 100–240 V range
• The recipient has a plug adapter with the appropriate prong design (if necessary) 
• The recipient has a compatible smart device and WiFi connection (more info: HERE) 
• You are aware that our warranty support is only available for frames purchased directly from Aura or Amazon, in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
