Dorian, originally from Germany and now based in the UK countryside, has been with Aura since 2020. He oversees our international, multi-lingual support team, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our global customers. Coffee fuels his day, both at work and at home, where he cares for his children’s growing colony of guinea pigs.

Since joining Aura in 2021, Laura has been helping our customers in both English and German across the US and EU markets. She also supports our eCommerce team by monitoring promotions and managing internal translations. A self-proclaimed foodie, Laura has a soft spot for bubble tea and pastries.

Ebony provides dedicated support for our US and Canadian customers, particularly with order-related inquiries. Her commitment to delivering top-tier assistance ensures our customers always have a positive experience. Outside of work, Ebony is a big fan of muscle cars, and her attention to detail helps her navigate both customer care and the fast lane with ease!

Program Manager, Training & Knowledge
As our Program Manager, Lowrah oversees training and knowledge management, ensuring our team has the tools they need to provide the best possible service. She also assists French-speaking customers and manages our Help Center, onboarding new hires, and keeping our team up to speed. A picky eater with a love for trying new restaurants, she keeps things interesting!
