You need the free Aura Frames app to set up your frame, upload photos and videos, invite frame members, and change your frame settings. To check that your device is supported, see Technical Requirements.

iPhone & iPad
Download the Aura Frames app from the App Store by searching "Aura Frames." The app only works if your Apple device meets the minimum iOS requirements listed in Technical Requirements.
If you're trying to download the Aura app on an iPad and it's not showing up when you search "Aura Frames" in the App Store, you may need to adjust the search settings. You'll see a search field at the top of the App Store called "devices." Here you need to uncheck "iPad Only" and select "iPhone Only."

Android
Download the Aura Frames app from the Google Play Store by searching "Aura Frames." The app only works if your Android device meets the minimum OS requirements.
Note: To set up a frame, your Android device must support Bluetooth LE.
