Logging out of the Aura app is typically only necessary if you're troubleshooting a technical issue, switching devices, or have accidentally created or signed into the wrong account.
While it's possible to log in with a different Aura account, we strongly recommend using a single account to manage all of your frames. Using multiple accounts can lead to confusion, lost access to frames, and difficulty managing shared content.
Note: We do not recommend sharing a single Aura account between multiple people. For the best experience, we recommend each person creates their own account and is invited to frames individually. |
To proceed you can do so by following these simple steps:
1) Tap on the three lines in the top left corner
2) Then, tap on your name (= "view account")
3) Then, tap on the 3 dots on the top right of your screen
4) Tap on "Log Out" to log out of your Aura account
