In order to contribute or manage an Aura frame, you will need to create a free Aura Account which enables you to upload unlimited photos and videos via our secure online servers.
Aura accounts usually get created when a user sets up their frame for the first time or when they receive an invite to contribute to a frame.
Customers who no longer wish to use their Aura account can conveniently delete it.

Once an account has been deleted, the following will happen:
IMPORTANT: If you ever sent photos directly to a frame by text message, please do not delete your account yourself, but contact us directly and confirm your cell phone number. Those uploads are not linked to your main account and require separate deletion by our Support team, before a main account is deleted. |
Use the iOS/Android App to delete an account
Simply open the Aura Frames app and follow these steps:
-
Tap on the three lines in the top left corner
-
Select "View Account" (underneath your name)
-
Then, scroll down to and tap on "Account Data"
-
Tap on "Delete Account"
-
Type the word "delete" in the field and confirm "Delete Account"
You will be automatically logged out of the app, and your account will be deleted within two weeks unless you choose “delete immediately” from the confirmation email you receive.
If you log back into your account during this period, we will take this as confirmation that you’ve changed your mind and your account will be reactivated ( you can only do so if you haven’t “delete immediately”)
| IMPORTANT: If you ever sent photos directly to a frame by text message, please do not delete your account in the app. Instead, contact us directly and confirm your cell phone number. Those uploads are not linked to your main account and require separate deletion by our Support team. |
