First, please confirm you are clicking "Sign in" rather than "Sign up." Also double check the email address you are entering is correct (no typos!). If you're still unable to log in, follow the steps below to reset your password.
- Tap "Forgot Password," and enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for an email from us. Please note the email could take a few minutes to arrive.
- Open the email, and click the "Reset Password" button in the email.
- Enter a new password, and click "Update Password."
- Go back into the Aura app, enter your email and your new password to sign in.
