If you’re having trouble signing in to your Aura account, you can easily reset your password in just a few steps. There is a single account for both signing in to the app and uploading photos via the web uploader. Follow the instructions below to create a new, secure password and regain access to your account.
Resetting / Changing Your Password
To change your password, click this link from your phone, tablet, or desktop:

Enter your email address and tap Reset Password.

Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: "Reset password instructions."
This email will contain a link to reset your password.
The email is sent from Aura Frames (no-reply@auraframes.com) and should arrive within a few minutes.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
Tap on the "Reset Password" link in the email to create a new password.
Enter a new, strong password and tap Update Password.
Your password must:
Be at least eight characters long
Include an uppercase letter (A–Z)
Include a lowercase letter (a–z)
Include a number (0–9)
Include a special symbol (such as !, @, #, $, %, etc.)
Your password is now updated.
Troubleshooting
If you have trouble logging in with your new password, make sure you are using the Sign in link (not the Create Account button).
There are several companies named Aura. We are Aura Frames. Please use the correct password reset link: https://app.auraframes.com/reset_password
If you submitted multiple password reset requests, please click the most recent password reset email you received, or wait 24 hours before trying again to ensure your password reset emails are in sync.
After creating your Aura account, you must verify your email address. If you are not receiving your password reset emails, please search your inbox for messages from no-reply@auraframes.com with the subject line: "Verify your email address" and ensure you completed this step of account creation.
Your email provider may be blocking our emails if you marked us as spam. Please search your mail for messages from no-reply@auraframes.com. Remove from spam or blocked lists and add this email address to your contacts.
Some ad-blocking software and pop-up blockers may be blocking our messages. Try opening a new incognito window or temporarily turning off your blocker program.
