It is perfectly normal for your Aura frame to display a "Loading Photos" message (with a spinning wheel) when you are uploading a large number of photos and/or your WiFi signal at home is not very strong. 

If the message remains on your frame after 5 minutes - and you are not uploading a large number of photos (50+) - please try the following:

• Unplug the frame from the outlet, wait 15 seconds, and reconnect it 
• Move the frame closer to your WiFi router
• Reboot your WiFi router
