If you have the Aura App installed, most of the photos on your frame may already be on your phone. However, the app also allows you to share or save a photo to your device if it had been uploaded by a frame contributor.
| Note: while you can't print a photo straight from the Aura app, you can download it to your smart device or laptop and then print it with your own printer or use a third-party printing service |
To download or share individual photos, please follow these steps:

Open your Aura app and click on the name of your frame.

Locate the picture you wish to save or share.

Tap into the picture: this will open a black detail page with "Share", "Position" and "Show now".
- Tap the picture again: this will open a white detail page where you will see the "Share" option in the bottom left corner (Apple) or the three dots in the top right corner (Android). You can now share (email, text, what's app etc) or download the image to a preferred device:
