What is Aura Birthdays?
Aura is testing a new birthdays feature for select customers that allows you to celebrate someone you love with photos, videos, and messages from friends and family.
You may receive a birthday reminder from Aura when someone in your frame network has an upcoming birthday. This may arrive by email, RCS, or SMS and include a link to add a photo, video, or message.
Are Aura birthday reminders legitimate?
Yes. Aura may send birthday reminders as part of this feature. Links in these messages will use an official Aura domain, such as link.auraframes.com, and include a unique identifier for your invitation. The link will take you directly to the birthday experience where you can contribute.
Aura will never ask you through a birthday reminder for sensitive personal or financial information. If you’re ever unsure whether a message is legitimate, you can choose not to open the link and contact Aura Customer Care for help verifying it.
