If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your frame for a full refund to your original payment method.
What You’ll Need to Return a Frame
- The frame was purchased from auraframes.com or the official Aura Frames Amazon store
A valid proof of purchase showing the date of purchase
If the frame was a gift, please provide the order number
Before returning your frame, please contact us — we may be able to resolve the issue.
If your return is due to a defect, we’ll gladly replace the frame under our warranty policy.
Returning a Frame Purchased from auraframes.com
To request a return within the 120-Day Happiness Guarantee period:
Visit our Return Center: auraframes-us.loopreturns.com
Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code
Select the item you wish to return
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
After we receive your frame, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 business days.
If you experience any issues with the return portal, please contact us for personal assistance.
Returning a Frame Purchased from Aura’s Amazon Store
If you purchased your frame from our Amazon store, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
Log in to your Amazon account
Find your Aura frame order
Select “Return Product”
Amazon will provide a prepaid return label. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund.
If the frame was a gift, contact the person who purchased it to obtain the Amazon order number.

Returning a Frame Purchased from a Retailer
If you bought your frame from a retailer or third party (e.g. Costco, Bloomingdale's, eBay), Aura cannot issue a refund directly. Please contact the original seller to learn about their return policy.
However, if your frame is defective, contact us to check whether it’s covered by our one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Cancellations and Exchanges
To cancel a recent order, please visit auraframes.com/purchases.
To exchange your frame, please return the original frame and purchase a new frame of your choice.
