Using the free Aura app, you can easily invite friends and family to your frame(s). Invited frame members need to set up a (free) Aura account, and they can then contribute to the frame via their own Aura Frames app or via the Web Uploader.
Note: If you invite someone using their phone number, they can text photos directly to your frame, no app required. More Info: Texting Photos to Frames (U.S. Only).
| Upon sending the invite, the invitee's contact information (email address or phone number) will be visible to all members of the frame within the “Members" List. Once they accept their invite, this will be replaced by their account name. If they do not accept the invitation within 60 days, their information will be automatically removed. |
How to SEND an invitation so that others can join your frame:

Open the Aura app.

Tap on the frame in which you would like to invite members.

Tap the settings icon at the top right, then tap "Add Members".

Tap the + sign next to Add Members. You can also select from your contacts or enter a phone number or email.

Once you have entered the phone number or email address, tap the "Send" button below.

If you choose to send an invitation by text message, the Aura app will open your phone’s messaging app with a pre-written invitation. Once you send the message, you’ll be automatically redirected back to the Aura app so you can continue inviting others.
- Members and invitees all show on the Members screen. You can 'Resend Invite' or tap on the three dots next to pending members to cancel the invite.

Note: Invited frame members can view all uploaded photos and adjust the frame settings from the Aura App. For more information, refer to the article "Access Rights for Frame Members." Note: Frame invitations expire 30 days after they are sent. For expired invitations, resend the invitation (step 7 above). |
How to ACCEPT an invitation to join somebody else's frame:

Search the Google Play or Apple App Store to find and download the free "Aura Frames" app. Alternatively, you can use the online web uploader to set up your account and accept the invite.

Create your own Aura account using your name, email address, and a secure password.

Locate the invitation that was received via text message or email. Click the link to join the frame, which will redirect you to the Aura app on your device if it is already installed.

Accept the pending invitation and enjoy sharing wonderful memories.

If you created an account, clicked on the invite, and were not directed to that person's frame (or to an empty page), please open and log in to our web portal instead (https://app.auraframes.com/login) to find the invite there.
How to VIEW members of my frame:
Within the Aura app, you can view the list of members associated with a specific frame. To do so, tap on the settings icon and then select "Add Members", or tap on the members' icon located under the name of the frame to land on the page below:
Your members are sorted by the total number of photos added, along with photo counts available at a glance. By tapping on a member’s name, you can easily access all the content they’ve uploaded to the frame. You can also ask another member to “add more photos” at any time. The request will go out over email and push notifications (if the person has this enabled).
How to REMOVE a previously invited frame member:
CAUTION: If you have multiple frames, please ensure you are on the correct frame. Removals permanently delete the member and their photos.

Open the Aura app to the Home Screen.

Tap on the name of your frame

Tap the settings wheel in the top right corner of your screen

Tap on "Members"

Tap the email address of the person you want to remove from the frame.
- Tap the icon in the top right (three small dots) and select "Remove from Frame"

Note: This will also remove any of the photos that this member had added to your frame If you prepared a frame as a gift and leave the frame, any photos you loaded for the gift will also be removed. |
