Meet the Aura Customer Care Team

Adam joined Aura with a strong technical background and has been fluent in Italian for over 15 years. Having spent a significant part of his life living and working in Europe, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Specializing in connectivity, Adam is dedicated to ensuring our customers get the best possible experience from their Aura products.

Amin brings his passion for customer care to every interaction. Outside of Aura, Amin is a high-end vintage eyewear dealer, where attention to detail and customer experience are just as vital. His expertise in both fields ensures that every customer receives top-notch support.

Britanni’s passions lie in the creative pursuits of cooking and baking, alongside an appreciation for rich, imaginative storytelling, such as the Harry Potter series.

Dylan helps curate positive experiences for our customers while also curating music for a video game web radio station in his spare time. His secret weapon for productivity? Arnold Palmers!

Dorian, originally from Germany and now based in the UK countryside, has been with Aura since 2020. He oversees our multi-lingual support team, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our global customers. Coffee fuels his day, both at work and at home, where he cares for his children’s growing colony of guinea pigs.

As our Senior Program Manager, Lowrah oversees training and knowledge management, ensuring our team has the tools they need to provide the best possible service. She also assists French-speaking customers and manages our Help Center, onboarding new hires, and keeping our team up to speed. A picky eater with a love for trying new restaurants, she keeps things interesting!

In addition to providing order support, Lucia is focused on continuous improvement. When she's not assisting customers, you might find her expressing her creativity through painting and ceramics.

Paul enjoys playing drums and is a musician in his free time in Sarasota, Florida. He plays with musical groups and enjoys recording.

With over 10 years of customer support experience, Quint thrives on solving problems and delivering outstanding service. Based in Liverpool, UK, Quint manages our multi-lingual European team. Having lived in five countries: France, Australia, Morocco, New Zealand, and the UK he brings a global perspective to ensuring every customer receives top-notch care.

Whitney is an integral part of our Order Management and Project Management teams, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Her work helps streamline our processes and improve your experience with Aura, especially when it comes to orders and special projects.

Brian plays a key role in making our internal processes more efficient, which in turn helps us serve you better. His work behind the scenes ensures our tools and systems run smoothly, so our team can focus on delivering excellent customer care.

Chelsey is dedicated to providing exceptional support and making sure every customer interaction is a positive one. Outside of work, she’s a Taco Bell enthusiast who never misses a chance to order a Baja Blast soda and a Mexican Pizza.

Ebony provides dedicated support for our US and Canadian customers, particularly with order-related inquiries. Her commitment to delivering top-tier assistance ensures our customers always have a positive experience. Outside of work, Ebony is a big fan of muscle cars, and her attention to detail helps her navigate both customer care and the fast lane with ease!

Effatina is dedicated to supporting customers with care and attention, always aiming to create a positive and reassuring experience. She takes pride in making each interaction feel personal, helpful, and seamless.

Faustine brings her passion for customer support to our team, assisting customers in both English and French. Her background as a projectionist in Paris reflects her deep love for film, and her enthusiasm for learning new languages and skills enriches our team's diverse expertise.

Gulzhan enjoys rockhounding and photography, bringing a strong sense of curiosity and attention to detail into everything she does. She takes pride in providing thoughtful support and ensuring each customer interaction is handled with care.

Hajar is passionate about helping people and supports our customers in both German and English. In addition to assisting with order queries, she also contributes to internal translations, making sure our international customers feel well-supported.

Based in New York City, Hayley has been with Aura since 2023. She supports our order, warranty, and gifting teams, always striving to provide the best service possible. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys collecting postcards, attending concerts, and sampling NYC’s culinary delights.

Jay keeps our projects on track, ensuring that everything we do in the Customer Experience team aligns with our goal of making sure you have the best possible experience with Aura.

When Keiko isn’t helping customers find solutions, she enjoys vintage reselling and photography. Her solution-focused approach ensures every customer interaction is handled with care and attention to detail.

Kim is a valued member of the Customer Experience team, focused on efficient and empathetic ticket handling to help customers feel heard and supported. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, watching new movies, and savoring a morning cup of coffee. Her next adventure is a trip to Cancun with family and friends.

Since joining Aura in 2021, Laura has been helping our customers in both English and German across the US and EU markets. She also supports our eCommerce team by monitoring promotions and managing internal translations. A self-proclaimed foodie, Laura has a soft spot for bubble tea and pastries.

Mark is passionate about helping our customers and is currently embracing the joys of fatherhood. If you’ve checked out our Help Center, you might recognize Mark from our helpful tutorial videos, which he creates to make sure you get the best possible experience with Aura.

Michael has a strong interest in technology and enjoys staying up to date with the latest developments in the field. He is passionate about assisting customers and ensuring each interaction is clear, helpful, and positive.

Rey supports customers with clarity and attention, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience. As a Spanish speaker, Rey also helps make our support more accessible to a wider range of customers.
