Do you offer phone support?
We don't offer inbound phone support but if you need further help, you can submit a written support request from within our Chatbot (type "contact support") or via the "Contact Customer Care" bar at the bottom of our Help Center.
Our team usually responds within 24 business hours, and often within a few hours.
For those rare occasions where we determine only a phone call is suitable, your Customer Care representative will send you a link to their calendar where you can schedule a phone call at a time convenient to you. |
Why don't you offer phone support?
Supporting our customers by email is the most effective way since it allows us to share pictures, videos, and step-by-step information in a clear and concise manner which you can refer to at your convenience. Troubleshooting your smart phone or the Aura Frames app is also much easier when you are not using the phone to speak to us at the same time.
Communicating via email also lets us keep detailed records in one place, making it easier for both parties to refer to previous conversations.
