In order to contribute or manage an Aura frame you will need to create a free Aura Account which enables you to upload unlimited photos and videos via our secure online servers.
Aura accounts usually gets created when a user sets up their frame for the first time or when they receive an invite to contribute to a frame.
Customers who no longer wish to use their Aura account can conveniently delete it.

Once an account has been deleted, the following will happen:

Use the iOS/Android App to delete an account
Simply open the Aura Frames app and follow these steps:
- Tap on the "A" icon in the top left corner
- Select "View Account" (underneath your name)
- Then, scroll down to and tap on "Account Data"
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Type the word "delete" in the field and confirm "Delete Account"
You will get logged out of the App automatically and your account will be deleted within two weeks, unless you log back into your account which we will take as a sign that you changed your mind.
