iPhone & iPad
Download the Aura app from the App Store by searching the term "Aura Frame." The app will only work if your Apple device meets the minimum iOS requirements. Please read this article for more information: Technical Requirements.
If you're trying to download the Aura app on an iPad and it's not showing up when you search "Aura Frame" in the App Store, you may need to adjust the search settings. You'll see a search field at the top of the App Store called "devices." Here you need to uncheck "iPad Only" and select "iPhone Only."

Android
Android devices can download the Aura app from the Google Play Store by searching the term "aura frame." The app will only work if your Android device meets the minimum OS requirements. Please read this article for more information: Technical Requirements. Please note that in order to successfully set up a frame the Android device must have Bluetooth LE capabilities.
