You can use the Aura app to choose how often your frame moves from one photo to the next by setting a timed slideshow interval.

Available slideshow intervals
The following slideshow interval options are available:
15, 30 seconds
1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes
1, 2, 4, 12, 24 hours
These are the only slideshow speeds currently supported.

Important note about Aura Ink These instructions do not apply to the Aura Ink 13″ frame. Aura Ink automatically changes photos overnight or 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 times per day, and does not offer manual slideshow interval controls. |
Why isn’t there a faster option than 15 seconds?
Aura frames display photos from our cloud servers rather than storing them directly on the frame. Slideshow intervals faster than 15 seconds may cause buffering or loading issues, depending on your WiFi connection.
To ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all customers, across a wide range of home WiFi setups, we limit the fastest slideshow interval to 15 seconds. This helps guarantee reliable performance and uninterrupted photo playback.
How to set a timed slideshow interval
Follow the steps below to adjust how often photos change on your frame:
Open the Aura app to view your home screen.
Tap the three lines in the top-left corner, then select your frame.
Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Timing under Slideshow.
Select the interval at which you’d like your photos to change.
Once selected, you can exit the app settings. Your frame will now display photos at the chosen interval.
