If your frame has got stuck on the same picture and does not progress to the next one, please follow these trouble-shooting steps:
- Manually shuffle to the next photo using your Aura app or Touch Bar on the frame (frame-specific)
- Double-check the slide show interval, in case you had sent it to a longer interval (e.g. 4 hours)
- Reboot your frame by unplugging it from the outlet and connecting it again
