What is Aura Post? 

Aura Post is a new, limited-time offering from Aura Frames. Users can create personalized photo cards right from the Aura app, choose a photo, write a message, select a recipient, and we’ll handle the rest. Currently, cards can only be sent within the U.S.

How much does Aura Post cost? 

Each card costs $7.95 (plus tax). Shipping is always free.

What size are the cards? 

Our flat cards measure 4.125” x 5.5” and have a matching envelope.

What is the printing quality of the cards? 

We use premium, archival-quality photo printing and ultra-thick paper stock to bring out the details in your photos. Prints are coated with a smooth matte finish.

Can I customize my envelope or paper selection? 

Not at this time. All cards are printed on ultra-thick matte paper with a smooth finish.

How do I know if my photo will print well? 

You can upload any photo you like; however, higher resolution photos will look best. We will warn you in the app if your photo is too low-resolution for high-quality printing.

Can I purchase multiple cards at once? 

Currently, orders are limited to one card per order.

When will my card arrive at its destination? 

Cards typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

How can I track my card? 

Tracking is not available. Cards generally arrive at their destination within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email when the order is confirmed and when it has left the printer.

My card hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do? 

If it has been fewer than 10 days since you placed your order, please allow a bit more time for delivery, as shipping can occasionally take longer than expected. If you still haven’t received your card after 10 days, please contact Aura Customer Care for assistance.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes at https://auraframes.com/purchases.

Can I change or edit my order after placing it?

No. But you can follow the steps above to cancel your order within 30 minutes for a full refund, then place a new order with the correct information.
