Auraframes.com use UPS and Amazon Expedited to offer FREE standard shipment based on Aura's discretion to locations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories is available for an additional fee when allowed and shipping times may be slightly longer than continental US locations.
Auraframes.com does not currently support shipments to hotels/temporary housing, APO/FPO, US Territories, or P.O. Boxes. Products sold on our US website are not available for international delivery and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.

In-stock products ship same-day (Mon - Fri) if ordered before 11:30 AM PT / 2:30 PM ET.
Orders placed after 11:30 AM PT / 2:30 PM ET ship the following business day.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay.
If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the subtotal of your order.
Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.
Shipping methods and their accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
To ensure your order was successfully placed, please check your email account for the subject line: "Aura Frame Order Confirmation". From this email, you can check your order status by selecting the “View your order” button. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folders too).
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive another email with a link to your tracking number. The tracking number may not be traceable until after midnight of the day it was shipped.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
|Please check your order before you submit it. Once an order has been placed, you only have a 30 minute window to cancel it as explained in this FAQ.|
Beyond this timeframe, you won't be able to cancel or change your order. This means you'll have to return it (free of charge) upon delivery. This way we can offer our customers fast shipping times, particularly when it comes to busy times of the year such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
To exchange your frame for a different model, you'll need to return your original frame for a full refund and re-purchase a new frame of your choice.
