SHIPPING POLICY
Auraframes.com ships via Amazon Logistics, FedEx or UPS based on Aura's discretion to locations within the continental United States. Orders fulfilled via Amazon Logistics are sent from Amazon warehouses and may arrive in Amazon packaging. Orders that include gift bags will be fulfilled via FedEx or UPS and will arrive in plain packaging. Shipping times to Hawaii, Alaska and limited US territories may be slightly longer than continental US locations.
Auraframes.com does not support shipments to P.O. Boxes, hotels/temporary housing or APO/FPO locations. Products sold on our US website are not available for international delivery and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.
ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT
In-stock products ship same-day (Monday - Friday) if ordered before 2:30 PM ET. Orders placed after 2:30 PM ET ship the following business day. Please note that weekend and holiday shipping/delivery is not guaranteed.
- Once an order is placed, the shipping information can not be changed.
- Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the subtotal of your order.
- Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.
- Shipping methods and accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.
- Once your order is passed on to the transportation carrier, Aura is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier's operating conditions.
- Inclement weather and unforeseen delays may occur, we encourage you to place your order to allow adequate time for delivery.
- It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
To ensure your order was successfully placed, please check your email account for the subject line: Aura Frames Order Confirmation. From this email, you can check your order status by selecting the “View your order” button. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
If you made an error on your order, no changes are allowed, however you can self-cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order and then place a new order. Should you need to cancel, please visit https://auraframes.com/purchases and follow the instructions.
TRACKING
Once your order is ready to ship from our warehouse, you will receive another email with a link to your tracking number. The tracking number will be traceable once the carrier has scanned the package into their system, this may take up to 72 hours.
ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS
For your safety, we do not allow any changes to your order once it has been placed. You may cancel your order within the 30 minutes of placing it and place a new order instead. Please visit https://auraframes.com/purchases and follow the instructions.
