However, within the first 30 minutes of your purchase, you can cancel the order for a full refund and place a new order with the correct information, if needed. To do so, please visit https://auraframes.com/purchases and follow the instructions. This link and clear information were also included in your order confirmation email.
After 30 minutes, we will have already processed your order for shipment and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Instead, you can return it upon arrival within 120 days of purchase as explained in this FAQ.
