CURRENT STATUS: OUTAGE RESOLVED (6/4/24) Starting yesterday afternoon (6/3/2024), we experienced a limited outage with our cloud service provider, temporarily disrupting frame connections, and as a result, their ability to display photos.
This has now been resolved and no action is required apart from leaving the frame plugged into power. At this time we expect all affected customers to:
1) Have regained access to their Aura Frames account and app 2) See their original photos on their frames again (if the frame had not been manually reset by the user)
If your frame or app is not working at this time, or if you manually reset your frame during the outage, please reach out to our customer care team and let us know what you currently see on your frame and in the Aura Frames app.

Outages and service degradations are extremely rare and frames usually regain full functionality within 24 hours. No content should be lost and your account and frames remain safe at all times.
