If your frame has got stuck on the same picture and does not progress to the next one, please follow these trouble-shooting steps:
- Reboot your frame by unplugging it from the mains and connecting it again
- Double-check the slide show interval, in case you had sent it to a long interval (e.g. 4 hours)
If the problem persists, please contact Aura's Customer Support directly and provide:
- The email address that is linked to your Aura Account
- The frame's serial number which you can find in your App (= tap on the frame and enter the "Frame Settings" menu in the top right corner. Scroll down to the bottom.
