Once you have submitted your order(s) on our www.ca.auraframes.com website, it is no longer possible to edit it.
However, within the first 30 minutes of your purchase you can cancel the order for a full refund and then re-submit an updated order with the correct details. To do so, please visit https://ca.auraframes.com/purchases and follow the instructions. This link and clear information were also included in your order confirmation email.
After 30 minutes, we will have already processed your order for shipment the order can no longer be cancelled at this stage. Instead, you can return it upon arrival as explained in this FAQ.
