One-Year Manufacturing Warranty
All Aura Home Inc. products are protected by a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing or hardware defects. This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and to limit warranty coverage to the country in which the original purchase was made. This warranty applies to products purchased both from Aura Home, Inc. directly (including our official Amazon page) and those purchased from one of our Authorized Resellers. We are unable to offer warranty cover for second-hand purchases, including Ebay.
Important: If your frame is in need of replacement and is located outside of the continental US, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you to resolve the issues. However, you may have to provide a shipping address in the US. |
If you encounter any issues with the hardware that are not resolved through troubleshooting or the resources available at our 24/7 Online Help Center, please contact our Customer Service team so we can help, and include:
- The email that you use with your Aura Frames account
- The frame's serial number (FAQ: Finding your frame's serial number)
If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll happily guide you through the steps to file a warranty request and send back your defective frame. After we receive the faulty item, we will inspect its condition to determine whether it is covered under warranty and if so, we will issue a refund/repair/or replace the frame.
All replacement frames will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. If your frame needs to be replaced but the model is discontinued or unavailable, we’ll offer you a similar or better model as replacement. Your replacement frame will be under warranty for the remainder of your one-year warranty period. Additionally, we’ll do our best to ensure that your photos transfer to the replacement frame seamlessly.
