What is Aura's return policy and product warranty?

We currently honor a 45 Day Money Back Guarantee and a One Year Manufacturing Warranty for all Aura frames.

We handle each request regarding your Aura frame on a case-by-case basis. To help guide the process and make sure you get the help you need, we've outlined a few standard return and refund policies, which you can view in detail here.

To request a refund or exchange, please visit our Returns Center. Simply enter your email address to view your order history and select an item for return. If your request is approved you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your frame.

In the event that you receive a damaged frame or an incorrect product, we will happily replace it with a new one. Please contact us at help@auraframes.com with any questions.
