Does Aura require a subscription?
No. Aura frames do not require a subscription.
All core features are included with your purchase:

How quickly can I expect delivery?

Does Aura ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Does Aura ship internationally?
Yes. Aura frames are available in the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France through local Aura websites, Amazon stores, and retail partners. See: Using Aura Frames Abroad.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
On the US website, you can ship to multiple addresses using the SplitShip option at checkout. If unavailable, place separate orders for each address.

Technical requirements
Do I need a smartphone to use an Aura frame?
A smartphone with the Aura app is recommended for setup and management. You can also upload photos from a computer using the web uploader (photos only).
Does an Aura frame require WiFi?
Yes. Aura frames require WiFi to receive new photos and stay updated. Without WiFi, the frame will continue displaying existing photos but will not receive new ones. See: Technical Requirements.
Warranty
What is Aura’s warranty policy?
All Aura frames include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and hardware defects. See: Aura’s Warranty Policy.
