You can use the Aura app's "Remove" function to remove individual photos from your frame. You can't undo this and any removed photos will have to be uploaded to the frame again.
Note: once photos have been uploaded to a frame, you can delete them from your smart device and they will still remain on the frame. |
How to remove individual photos from a frame:

Open the Aura app to view your home screen.

Tap into the frame in which you would like to remove a photo.

Access the "Photos" section and locate the photo you want to remove.

Tap on it to view the photo details page and select the "Remove" option below.

The photo will now be removed from the frame
Note: If you don't want to use the Aura App - and your particular frame has a Touch Bar (Mason, Sawyer, Smith and Carver models) - you can use the Touch Bar to remove photos. |
How to remove multiple photos from a frame:
- Open the Aura app to view your home screen.
- Tap into the frame in which you would like to remove multiple photos.
- Select the "Photos" tab and tap on the pencil icon:
- You can now select multiple photos and "remove" them from your frame.
How to remove an entire album from the frame:

Open the Aura app to view your home screen.

Tap into the frame in which you would like to remove an album.

Tap into the Album which you'd like to remove from your frame.

In the top right corner, select the option to "Edit" and confirm "Disable Auto-Add".

The album will no longer sync with your frame and you can decided whether you want to remove or keep the already uploaded album photos on your frame.
Note: If you don't want to display an individual photo from within an album, you can tap on it and use the "Hide" function. This will hide the photo from the frame (and store it in the album's 'hidden' folder). |
