Although our frames are manufactured to the highest quality standards, it can happen that individual frames develop a technical defect.If your frame no longer turns on, this could be related to a defective power cable or a hardware issue with the frame itself.
Please try the following:
- Check that you didn't set a sleep timer (article: HERE)
- Unplug the power cable from the frame and plug it back in again
- Use a different power socket to avoid that the issue is caused by the socket
