Although our frames are manufactured to the highest quality standards, on rare occasions it can happen that individual frames develop a problem. If your frame no longer turns on, this could be related to a defective power cable or a hardware issue with the frame itself.
Before contacting us, please try the following:
- Check that you didn't set a sleep timer (article: HERE)
- With your frame set to "Auto On/Off", shine a light around the front edge of your frame to see if it turns on
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the frame and the wall socket, and then plug it back in again.
- Use a different power socket to check that the issue is not caused by the power outlet
