Get Started
To set up your Aura frame, you’ll need the following:
- Power
- 2.4 GHz WiFi network connection
- Bluetooth-enabled Smart device*
*While you do not need a smart device to enjoy the frame, a Bluetooth-enabled smart device is needed to connect the frame at its final destination or to preset the WiFi network if this is being prepared for a recipient.

Setting Up Your Frame
Download the free Aura frames app and easily sync your camera roll, iCloud, and Google Photos. After unboxing your frame simply remove the film "Happiness Starts Here" by pulling on the tab on the side of the film and it should come right off. Set up the frame on your WiFi.

Aura frames are a great way to stay connected with loved ones all around the world. Through our gift options, you can offer frames to friends and family and preload the frame with photos/videos.

Adding Photos/Videos
With unlimited storage, you add all your favorite memories to your frame. Adding photos/videos is simple by using the Aura app. Alongside the Aura app, we have alternative ways such as using the photos scanner, using the share sheet feature from your device, uploading from a computer, or uploading via email.

Invite Members
You can invite your entire family and friends anywhere in the world to share their photos onto your frame(s), and never worry about running out of space. Non-existing Aura users will need to create a free Aura account to contribute to your frame(s).

Customizing Your Frame
You can control and easily customize your frame to your preferences within the Aura app. Whether it is to have your photos displayed for a shorter or longer period of time, the Aura app allows you to change this with a few clicks.

Changing Your Wifi Connection
Aura frames are required to constantly be connected to a WiFi network (2.4 GHz band only) and plugged into a power outlet to operate and receive new content. Wifi connection updates are done using the Aura app, however, this can not be completed remotely.
